How install Mate Desktop on Ubuntu 18.04

Here will explain how to install the Desktop Mate on Ubuntu Bionic with console. MATE is the continuation of the GNOME 2 desktop environment, which for many years was Ubuntu's standard interface. Only with Ubuntu 11.04 was the change to Unity.
